Delivery Policy

Pocono Woodworks LLC offers free local delivery on qualifying products and projects within our local service area.

Delivery fees may apply for non-local deliveries based on the delivery distance from Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania. Any delivery fee will be discussed with the customer before the order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery or installation area is accessible, safe, and ready prior to the scheduled delivery or installation date.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Because many of our products are custom-built or scheduled specifically for each customer, cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund if materials have already been purchased, work has started, or delivery/installation has been scheduled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Custom-built products, special-order materials, completed work, delivered items, and installed products may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

If there is an issue with an order or completed project, customers should contact Pocono Woodworks LLC so we can review the concern and work toward a reasonable solution.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, accepting an estimate, or scheduling work with Pocono Woodworks LLC, the customer agrees to the terms listed on this page.

Prices, estimates, and availability may change until the project or order is accepted and confirmed. Some work may require a deposit before work begins.

Final payment is due as agreed upon between Pocono Woodworks LLC and the customer. Products and services remain the responsibility of the customer once delivered or installed.

Pocono Woodworks LLC is not responsible for Permits, natural disasters, unsafe site conditions, limited access, customer scheduling changes, or other circumstances outside of our control.
